Lace up your sneakers! The Mountain Lakes Educational Foundation (MLEF) is hosting a Virtual 5K to raise money to support teacher-initiated grants and recognize students who are graduating or moving up in 2020.
Participants will run (walk, bike, scooter - whatever!) any socially-distant 5K route of their choosing at any time from June 5 - June 19. Choose YOUR race - choose YOUR pace!
Registration fee is $20 per person or $60 per family.
To recognize our runners, the homes of each registrant will receive a commemorative yard sign that they can customize to recognize a graduate, teacher or any other event worth celebrating! ALL Finishers will be entered into a random drawing for some really sweet prizes! To enter, simply take a screenshot of your time and post on Instagram or on the ML Educational Foundation Facebook page using the hashtags #virtuallypossible and #MLEFvirtual5K and - of course - #lakerpride.
